Dulani Flem (born 16 April, 1928 - 31 December, 1999) was a [[Dulani]] and one part of the Dulani duo of [[Dulani Flem and Dulani Lonn]]. Dulani Flem reigned with his twin sister [[Dulani Lonn]] from their birth 16 April 1928 to their death 31 December 1999 making their reign last just over 71 years.

== Early life ==
Dulani Flem was chosen as the next Dulani together with his twin sister Dulani Lonn after being the first children born after the death of [[Dulani Vegums]]. Being born by way of Caesarean section this marked the first and so far only time the country of [[Svendonia]] has had duo Dulanis.

== Death ==
After their birth there was much debate as what to do, if one of the Dulanis died before the other as this situation had never occurred in the countries' long history. This debate however proved to be useless, as Dulani Flem died at the same time as his twin sister. They were succeeded by [[Dulani Mastercard®]].
